Alvaro's place is a lovely place to relax and unwind you won't find a better place to chill around the pool rarely more than ten people sat around the three pools it's central and very close to all amenities plus pubs clubs and restaurants but very quiet alvaro welches out of the country when we visited so we didn't meet him. Wir gutschrift beide Wochen in solcher schönen Ferienappartement verbracht. Dasjenige Siegespreis- Leistungverhältnis hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles seiend, was man benötigt (Küche war komplett ausgestattet, uns hat es an null gefehlt). Besonders nachdrücklich betonen möchte ich den beheizten Swimming-pool. Dieser ist bestleistung für Kinder (Temperatur 27-30°Kohlenstoff, in abhängigkeit nach Tageszeit). Durch diesen war es selbst im März womöglich tag für tag schwimmen zu gehen.
Ook vroeg hij of alles goed was, wat erg prettig is. Bij aankomst stond heel vriendelijk een gepersonaliseerde fles wijn. Het appartament is zoals op de foto's. Erg prettig. Bij ons welches alleen de douche niet erg warm, een paar minuten warm water. De omgeving is ook erg prettig. Alles op loopafstand. Een aanrader!
About 20 minutes walking down avenida de tirajana towards the RUI Palace hotel we have the sand dunes viewpoint with is amazing to watch the sunset.
Bela ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin des weiteren kümmert zigeunern aktiv darum, alles top annehmbar nach streichen. Die Unterkunft hat fehlerfrei den Fotos entsprochen des weiteren ist super für jedes 2 - 3 Personen. Sie hat alles, welches man für jedes einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht.
Bev welches waiting at reception for us upon arrival as arranged, she showed us to the room and gave a Spritztour of the apartment and handed us the keys. Beryllium aware there are two steps from the kitchen to the lounge area. The apartment is well maintained, could do with a bit of TLC, however this did not affect ur stay (light bulb not working, loose socket, clocks not working). Te va a encantar mi espacio por que lanthan ubicacióstickstoff es perfecta, pertenece a un complejo privado Ypsilon exclusivo, de tan solo 15 propietarios, con 3 piscinas de lujo Ypsilon privadas, jardin Ypsilon hamacas para coger sol de manera privada sin necesidad de acceder a las zonas comunes, wifi de alta velocidad, optimum para desconectar y relajarse.
Die Aussicht ist sogar noch besser als auf den Fotos. Wir hatten etwas laute Nachbarn des weiteren wenn schon rund herum ist es nicht Grade schmucklos, trotzdem gutschrift wir sehr urbar geschlafen. Pro alle beide Personen genau here die richtige Grösse, sehr nach anraten.

An amazing apartment hosted by a very helpful and friendly Antonio. Communication was excellent. All amenities supplied and great value for money. The location was superb for the beach and the nightlife, but the apartment itself was so peaceful and private.
Communication with Paulo worked without any problems as well and he gave us great tips of places and restaurants! Highly recommend staying here. Perfect for couples!
His accomodation is in a perfect location, close to a supermarket and 10 minutes walking away from the beach, his house is very nice and he offers you the possibility to use the entire house including the kitchen and the access to the pool. He's really nice and caring, the first night he suggest us a restaurant (that was really good) and even drove us there and he called us to ask if we were okay when we went to playa de Güigüì (a quite dangerous place).
